Renown surgeon of urban fascia. Cardiologist of the the city’s
artery. Psychoanalysing its moods, desires, apprehensions,
and its ill edifice. The bearer of masses knows well, that
in fact, man is alone. And that its borough is bent, yet so
little laughter. Thus to fall out the time, he plays jester.

reinvents his city… and those who abide.
Alain Cardinal was born the 2nd of April
1953, in Montreal. His passion for drawing dates back to his
earliest childhood. Since 1987, a graduate in graphic design
from Concordia University, Mr. Cardinal teaches photography
and illustration at the Cégep of Old Montreal. He paints
in parallel, but prefers curves. To obtain a painting, one
must be ailing enough to be patient, but not too much, to
carry through the waiting list. Fortunately, his splendid
« Limited Editions » emerge as
a preplanned remedy for the lightning bolt that awaits you.
